Anyone wanting to join the group must fill out the referral form on this page and we will receive your referral request and deal with it accordingly.
What we offer?
We are a peer support group for people who hear voices in the London Borough of Waltham Forest.
This is a user-led group where you can share your experiences in a friendly and supportive environment.
The group is a safe place for you to talk about how Hearing Voices (Auditory Hallucinations) affects you.
We explore coping strategies, including the use of medication, and how best to access the expertise of mental health professionals
